Divico Security offers integrated preventive maintenance for security and alarm systems to ensure the correct and smooth operation and the elimination of false alarms and other malfunctions.
We provide special maintenance packages depending on your premises (large homes, small apartments, industrial spaces, retail shops, energy parks, large facilities).
Depending on the maintenance package you have chosen, we check your security system for the replacement of system batteries or other parts and offer you upgrade recommendations where we see a need.
Maintenance Includes
Sending of signals and control of the unhindered communication between the system and the Main Signal Reception & Management Station.
Cleaning of equipment’s sensors (magnetic contacts, motion trackers, etc.) and proper function control.
Battery replacement of the central unit and the external siren and function control, also for wireless sensors (if any).
Control and replacement of problematic alarm components and materials
Software upgrade (firmware) of the central unit and peripheral system modules to their latest versions.
