The 24h monitoring of the security system is one of the main functions of our Signal Reception Center and includes the constant surveillance of your premises.

Danger Signal Authenticity Check
Many of the danger signals received by the Signal Receiving Center are errors or false alarms. Before taking any action, our operators call the person you declared to confirm the danger signal.
Call & Alert owners and the responsible authorities
As soon as your premises' alarm is activated, our operators call us to notify the owner and/or confirm the violation and, depending on the incident, call the responsible authorities (police, fire, first aid).
Checking Proper Function of the Telephone Line
In every alarm system connected to our center we perform a phone line good function check every 24 hours. If for any reason the control signal is not sent, our operators will contact you to check the status of the premise.
Power Outage / Low Battery Update
In case of a power outage in your area, our company's Signal Receiving Center will call you to inform you, in order to prevent a possible violation.
Alarm connection through Internet-Divinet
By connecting the alarm via the internet (landline/mobile), communication takes place via data and not via calls. This means that communication is never interrupted no matter what happens.
Access Control / Employee’s / Housekeeper’s Hours
One of the functions of the service is the remote access control of employees or housekeeper. In this case, you inform us about the times your system should be armed/disarmed and by whom. if something different from what you have set happens, we will inform you immediately.
