How it works
The Guard that is on location presses the Designated Switch at specific time intervals, sending a Guard Presence Signal to Divico Security’s Reception Center to confirm that they are within the premises and that all is well.
Divico Security’s Reception Center receives the guard presence signal and knows that all is well.
If Divico Security’s Reception Center does not receive this signal within the required time frame: 1. A message (email / text message) is immediately sent to the responsible parties, stating that the guard did not send a Guard Presence Signal. If the Guard does not press the Designated Switch within the following 5 minutes, the responsible parties receive another message informing them that there still is no contact with the guard. 2. The center’s operator calls the Guard immediately to check if everything is okay.

Scheduled Guard Presence Check at regular time intervals
A Cumulative Report is sent, containing all of the Guard Presence Signals, plus date and time
If the Guard does not send a Guard Presence Signal within the Scheduled Follow-up Time:
- The responsible parties are immediately notified by email or text message
- Divico Security’s Reception Center immediately calls the guard to check if everything is okay
