We ensure the remote surveillance of your premises when the alarm is armed through the camera from which the signal is originated. Depending on the incident, we then act accordingly.

Divico’s Signal and Image Reception Center has state-of-the-art equipment with image transmission receivers installed into the protected space.
When an operator receives an alarm signal from the subscriber’s security system, they gain access to the camera located at the zone of the breach, observe the premises and define if it is a false alarm or not. Depending on the severity of the incident, the operator then takes the planned response actions, like notifying the authorities or sending Divico Security’s immediate response service car to the premises.
Break-in
In the event of a break-in, we watch what is happening in real time and notify you immediately.
Surveillance
If the alarm goes off, we can see what is happening in your premises and determine the type of signal.
Subscriber Notification
We immediately notify the subscriber for any events that occur and keep them up to date on the condition of their premises, 24 hours a day.
Call to the Authorities
Depending on the severity of the event we notify the relevant authorities, so that they can arrive at your premises as soon as possible.
