Our Headquarters
Divico Security’s headquarters are housed in its 750 m2, privately-owned facilities in Patras, with branches in Athens and Cyprus. Divico Security’s privately-owned facilities were designed and built with the perspective of housing a completely secure Signal Reception Center in mind. Our facilities, the infrastructure and the premises of the company are being constantly upgraded with state-of-the-art technical equipment that provide security and the seamless operation of the Signal Reception Center and the company’s offices.
They also include a designated space for the Signal Reception Center, specialized facilities for maintenance crews and their tools, test labs, study and accounting departments and a parking space for cars, while the building is only accessible through a biometric access control system.
The building was constructed according to the highest security and quality standards, as foreseen in EN ISO 27001:2013, EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 & EN ISO 18001:2007.

The Warehouse
The warehouse is the “heart” of Divico Security. Organizing and managing the warehouse is the basis for the smooth and effective operation of the whole business. Our warehouse is the center of delivery of raw materials from our providers, supporting the manufacture of our security products as well as the storage of our equipment. The design and infrastructure of our warehouse are driven by the principles of Logistics Management, aiming at optimized performance both at the operational and financial level.

Our laboratories
Divico Security boasts fully equipped laboratories for the manufacture or repair of security equipment. Due to the continued need for optimized security, we stay on top of the development in the industry, offering our clients high-quality products and services that meet their needs.
Our laboratories are equipped with oscillographs, microscopes, testers, frequency meters, devices for the soldering and desoldering of parts and cutting-edge tools for the building and repair of boards with SMD technology. We repair and manufacture special electronic applications and automation systems.
In Divico Security we will recommend you an alarm system after conducting a study. This alarm system has undergone exhaustive controls and tests in our labs to ensure its reliability and functionality.

The Parking Space
The company’s fleet consists of 40 professional vehicles and there is an underground covered parking space for 12 cars. The company also owns 2 private plots which comprise a surface of 550 m2, used exclusively for parking cars. Not leaving any cars vulnerable and parked out in the street is one of our priorities. That is why all of our fleet is parked in designated parking spaces across the company’s plots.

The Signal Reception Center
The Central Station for Receiving and Processing signals, alarms and images consists of state-of-the-art technical equipment and services, such as the remote control of systems via phone lines and 4G.
Our cutting-edge software utilizes AI programs to analyze and prioritize signals, thus minimizing the chance for human error.
Our center works non-stop 24 hours a day and consists of 27 24" monitors, 5 working stations and a perfectly trained team of operators who know how to process every single signal with precision, urgency and professionalism.

The Generators
To prepare for the chance of a power outage at our central signal reception station, we have placed two automatic diesel generators for power feedback.
More specifically, we have a main generator (33KVA) and a spare one (20KVA) for ensuring the constant feed and power autonomy of electricity in all circumstances.
Innovative Communication Systems
Here in Divico Security we have replaced OTE’s line network with our company’s dual communication protection systems to ensure the seamless communication of the central station.
1. Divico’s main connection to fixed telephony and the internet relies on optical fiber.
2. A Microwave Link is our second means of communication, as it automatically diverts optical fiber in the event of a failure and ensures that communication remains stable under all circumstances.
